At the 9th China Electric Power Industry Annual Ceremony, Hebei Yidian Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. successfully won the title of “China’s Top Ten Power Bridge Brands” with its excellent product quality, strong innovation capabilities and extensive market influence. The winning of this authoritative award is not only a high recognition of Yidian’s achievements in the field of cable bridges, but also a sign that the company has entered the first echelon of the domestic power bridge industry.
The selection was led by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, which worked with authoritative experts in the industry, third-party testing agencies and big data platforms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of more than 200 bridge frame companies across the country based on 12 core indicators, including technological innovation, product quality stability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Hebei Yidian stood out with its outstanding comprehensive strength and was selected into the top ten list together with well-known domestic and foreign brands.
In terms of technological innovation, Yidian continues to increase its R&D investment, and in the past three years, the proportion of R&D has exceeded 8% of annual revenue. The company’s independently developed third-generation fire-resistant composite epoxy resin cable tray uses nano-level flame-retardant fillers and three-dimensional grid reinforcement structure. After testing by the National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the fire resistance limit is 120 minutes, which is 40% higher than traditional products. At the same time, it has IP68 waterproof performance, filling the technical gap of special environment cable trays in China, and has been widely used in new energy vehicle charging piles, data centers, photovoltaic power stations and other fields.
In terms of product quality control, Yidian relies on the Hengshui intelligent production base and introduces fully automatic one-piece molding machines and AI quality monitoring systems imported from Germany to track 32 key parameters such as raw material ratio and curing temperature in real time. The product defective rate is as low as below 0.3%, and the one-time inspection pass rate is as high as 99.7%, ensuring that every product leaving the factory meets or even exceeds industry standards.
The market performance is also impressive. Yidian’s products have been exported to 56 countries and regions around the world, and its market share in countries along the “Belt and Road” has steadily increased. Especially in the Middle East, after successfully serving the Qatar World Cup venues, it signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Saudi Aramco’s engineering company to provide corrosion-resistant fiberglass bridge frames and supporting pipe boxes for the Red Sea New City project, with an annual supply of more than 5,000 tons, demonstrating the competitiveness of Chinese bridge frame brands in the international high-end market.
