The service center will be equipped with a professional team of certified engineers to provide a full range of services to local and surrounding customers, including bridge selection and design, installation guidance, after-sales maintenance, and timely supply of commonly used accessories. At the same time, the service center has access to the Southeast Asian customer service hotline, promising to achieve the fast service commitment of “30-minute response, 24-hour arrival at the site”.
In the future, the company will also set up bonded warehouses and more service centers in Dubai, Bangkok and other places according to business development, and gradually build a complete global service network.
