We are committed to providing high-quality metal products and services. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can refer to this policy for after-sales service.
Scope of application
Standard products: You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt if the product is in its original packaging and unused.
Customized service: Customized products are sold according to the contract and are not subject to this policy. Please confirm the specification requirements before placing an order.
Return conditions and process
Application: Email to [email protected], with the title [Return Application + Order Number];
Review: Feedback results within 2 working days;
Return: Return within 5 days after approval, freight at your own expense (compensation for quality issues can be negotiated);
Refund: Refund will be made within 3 days after the product is inspected and accepted.
Precautions
Used, expired, or customized products are not eligible for return;
Quality issues require evidence to be provided within 24 hours of receipt;
Payment fees and taxes are non-refundable.
